Leadership & Team Development

I work with leaders and their teams to shape their development.

Coaching, workshops, mediation – for leaders who want to actively shape their own development and that of their team.

Services

The right intervention for the situation at hand.

No standard programme, but a range of equally valid formats – applied where they take effect.

Coaching

Coaching for leaders and emerging leaders – for a specific occasion or as an ongoing process, tailored to the individual.

Typical occasionsa new leadership role or greater responsibility · changing demands on the leadership task · a new way of working together · building leadership skills · one's own standards under pressure · career planning

How it works

It begins with an initial conversation to clarify the occasion and the goal. This is usually followed by four to six sessions of 60 to 90 minutes, two to four weeks apart. The real work happens in between, in everyday practice.

Workshops & Trainings

Formats for teams and leadership groups – from collaboration and alignment to focused skills development.

Typical occasionsa newly formed team · reviewing collaboration and goals achieved · outlook and a shared picture of the future · how we want to work together as a team · skills development

How it works

It begins with a conversation with the leader. From there I develop a format tailored to the topics that matter. We agree on the concept together before it is put into practice. A follow-up conversation ensures the results carry over into daily work.

Mediation

Working through conflict at leadership and team level – where leaders cannot mediate themselves.

Typical occasionsconflict between two leaders · entrenched tensions within a team · a dispute the leader cannot or should not resolve alone

How it works

It begins with confidential one-to-one conversations with everyone involved. Joint sessions follow, in which the parties work out a solution they can stand behind. How many sessions are needed depends on the conflict.

Talks & Teaching

Subject input in front of an audience, and teaching – where the work is not done together, but listened to and thought through. I lecture at the IREBS Immobilienakademie.

Typical occasionsleadership conference · team day · kick-off · lecture

Formats

Short talks and keynotes run for 45 to 90 minutes and cover topics from work and organisational psychology, such as leadership, teamwork, ways of working together, and stress and resilience. My lectures cover negotiation and communication.

About me

For over twelve years I worked in the real estate industry, most recently as a Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate – a time that taught me about performance, responsibility and pressure first-hand. I came to know the dynamics from several sides: the issues and challenges facing leadership, employees and clients alike.

Since 2024 I have worked as an in-house leadership development coach in the IT subsidiary of an international food retail group, supporting leaders in their development. Alongside this, I lecture at the IREBS Immobilienakademie.

More about my path

During my first years of work, I became increasingly aware of where my real strength lies – in the interpersonal: understanding how relationships hold, and how dynamics emerge in collaboration, within teams and with clients. From this grew a deliberate decision to develop along my strengths and to acquire the relevant expertise in this field.

I did so through part-time studies in business psychology (B.Sc.) and work and organisational psychology (M.A.), a systemic coaching qualification and further training as a mediator. Today I bring both together: an understanding of commercial reality and the psychological craft behind it, academically grounded.

In my free time I have been teaching HIIT classes since early 2024; a passion for sport has turned into a sideline. The same thing shows there as anywhere else: development comes from keeping at it, and from taking your own progress as the measure rather than the comparison with others.

Approach & ways of working

“I don't explain the world to anyone – I open the space in which development becomes possible.”

Behind this lie three convictions, and a way of working that follows from them.

The three convictions

Every person sees the world through their own construction of reality. There is no ready-made solution from outside, only the path someone finds for themselves.

Lasting development never happens in isolation, but always within the context of environment, relationships and circumstances. That is why I consider not only the person, but also the system they are part of.

Development succeeds best on the foundation of one's own strengths: first build on what already holds, and from there address what does not yet work.

Constructivism, systemic thinking and positive psychology form the foundation of my work.

How I work

In day-to-day leadership, there is rarely room to address what genuinely occupies a leader: expectations, decisions, doubts, pressure, one's own standards, the future. Deliberately taking that time is the foundation of development. This is exactly where my work begins – I create the safe space for that examination and shape the development process together with the person.

I always start with the person, not the tool. Depth before method. What matters is not the next model, but the step someone actually takes in their development.
