For over twelve years I worked in the real estate industry, most recently as a Director – a time that taught me about performance, responsibility and pressure first-hand. I came to know the dynamics from several sides: the issues and challenges facing leadership, employees and clients alike.
Over time, I became increasingly aware of where my real strength lies – in the interpersonal: understanding how relationships hold, and how dynamics emerge in collaboration, within teams and with clients. From this grew a deliberate decision to develop along my strengths and to acquire the relevant expertise in this field.
I did so through part-time studies in business psychology (B.Sc.) and work and organisational psychology (M.A.), a systemic coaching qualification and further training as a mediator. Today I bring both together: an understanding of commercial reality and the psychological craft behind it, academically grounded.
In day-to-day leadership, there is rarely room to address what genuinely occupies a leader: expectations, decisions, doubts, pressure, one's own standards, the future. Deliberately taking that time is the foundation of development. This is exactly where my work begins – I create the safe space for that examination and shape the development process together with the person.
I always start with the person, not the tool. Depth before method. What matters is not the next model, but the step someone actually takes in their development. I know how development feels, because I have been through it myself.
